REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Logo Design

We take great pride in our work and strive to provide our clients with high-quality logo designs that meet their expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refunds for unused services

If you have paid for a logo design but have not yet received any concepts or drafts, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for revisions

If you have received a logo design concept but are not satisfied with the design, we offer up to two rounds of revisions. If, after two rounds of revisions, you are still not satisfied with the design, you may request a refund.

Refunds for completed designs

If you have approved a final logo design and received the final files, you are not eligible for a refund. However, if there are any technical issues with the files or if they are not delivered as promised, we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund.

Refunds for cancellation

If you decide to cancel your logo design project before any work has been done, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please note that all refund requests must be made within 7 days of the completion of the project. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy for Web and shopify

Thank you for choosing our web development and Shopify store services. We aim to provide the best quality services and products to our clients.

In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

 

Web Development Services:

  • If you decide to cancel the project before we have started work on it, we will refund you the full amount paid.

  • If we have already started working on the project, we will charge you for the hours worked and refund the remaining amount.

  • If the project is completed and delivered to you, we do not offer refunds.

 

Shopify Store Services:

  • If you decide to cancel the project before we have started work on it, we will refund you the full amount paid.

  • If we have already started working on the project, we will charge you for the hours worked and refund the remaining amount.

  • If we have completed the setup of the Shopify store, but you are not satisfied with the work, we will make revisions as needed. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a partial refund based on the hours worked.

  • If we have completed the entire Shopify store setup and delivered it to you, we do not offer refunds.

Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
